30 Years of Iron. In Iron We Trust.

I walked into my first gym at 19. I'm 55 now, and I'm in the best shape of my life.

In between, there have been wins, losses, injuries, setbacks and comebacks. Through all of it, the Iron has been the one constant. It has saved my soul more times than I can count. It taught me discipline when motivation disappeared, and it gave me somewhere to fight my demons and come out stronger.

Reign of Iron is built for people who feel the same way.

Reign of Iron isn't a phase. It's a mindset. It's for the lifters, grinders and comeback stories who were counted out but never checked out. We are a proud Canadian company. Every design starts in our heads and ends on our own press. We design and print our apparel in-house, so we control the quality of every shirt and hoodie that goes out the door.

Built for Every Lifter, Including the Big Ones

It always drove me crazy to find a killer shirt or hoodie, only to discover the biggest size was 2XL. Powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman are full of big athletes. That's why most of our gear runs from Small to 4XL. As a former 4XL wearer myself, I wouldn't have it any other way.

More Than a Brand

I'm also a fitness transformation coach, and I've seen first-hand what the Iron can do for people. Our goal is for Reign of Iron, and the community around it, to be a source of strength, support and brotherhood and sisterhood for anyone who needs it.
